This week, as we remember the horrible atrocity that happened on September 11, 2001, it seems like an appropriate time to thank our community’s first responders. The Volunteer Firemen’s Association of West Salem, the West Salem Police, Edwards County Sherriff’s Department, and Edward County Emergency Management Services.
We are grateful for the brave and capable individuals who are there for us during our darkest hours. We thank them for their service to the West Salem community.
