In an effort to make the monthly utility billing postcards a little easier to read, the Village’s utility bills have been reformatted. The Village recently migrated to a new software program which offers enhanced features – such as online bill pay. The billing postcards were mailed out on July 10th, and should be hitting West Salem mailboxes this week. Payments can be made by mail, in person at Village Hall, or online.
