The Village of West Salem, Edwards County, Illinois will receive sealed proposals a new FIRE TRUCK until 4:00p.m. on June 6, 2025. Sealed bids may be delivered to Village Hall, 106 E. South School Street, West Salem, Illinois 62476. All bids will be publicly opened at 10:00 AM on June 9, 2025. The sealed bids must be delivered to the Village Clerk before 4:00 p.m. on June 6, 2025 during regular business hours.
A copy of the specifications may be viewed at the West Salem Village Hall during office hours.

The successful bidder will be awarded a contract for the Fire truck. The Village of West Salem, Illinois, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding.
