Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, trash pick-up is delayed one day.  Typically West Salem trash pick-up is on Thursday, but will be on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving.

An annual countdown to the lighting of live Christmas trees decorated by local community groups and residents.   Area churches form a joint choir to sings carols. Hot chocolate, homemade cookies, and maybe even an appearance of a visitor from the North Pole make this a great event to start the holiday season.

The monthly meeting of the West Salem Volunteer Fire Department. They meet at the Fire Station next to Village Hall.

Village Hall will be closed for Christmas on Tuesday and Wednesday (12/24/24 -12/25/24). Utility Payments may be made online,  or placed in the mail slot just to the east of the entrance doors of Village Hall.
