It is looking like Fall in West Salem! Here are three things to get you in the “spirit’ of the season.
- Halloween Trick-or-Treat Hours
Official Trick-or-Treat hours for the Village of West Salem are from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, October 31, 2025.
- Residents: If you wish to welcome trick-or-treater, please leave your front porch light on.
- Trick-or-Treaters: Please only visit houses that have a front porch light on.
2. Costume Contest and Trunk-or-Treat
The West Salem Friends of the Library have organized a Trunk-or-Treat Event on the West Salem Square on Friday, October 31, 2024. The event is sponsored by the Volunteer Firemen’s Association, K&K Washer and Dryer Repairs, Warrior Zone Gym, and the Lumberyard Restaurant. 3. Fall Fun Festival
On Saturday, November 1, 2025, Love West Salem Community Outreach is hosting a Fall Festival on the West Salem Square. This free event will feature hayrides, a petting zoo, bounce house, and pumpkin painting. Follow the First Christian Church of West Salem’s Facebook Page for more information and updates.
