The Village of West Salem will accept sealed proposals for a new Fire Truck until 4:00 PM on June 6, 2025.

Public opening of the Bids for a new Fire Truck.  The Bid Opeing will be held in the Meeting Room of Village Hall. Bids must be received by 4:00 PM on Friday, June 6, 2025.

Double Header! ?The Little Minors (Boys 8 and Under) game starts at 6:00 PM. The Minors (Boys 10 and Under) game starts at 8:00 PM.

Join the West Salem Public Library for the kick-off of their Summer Reading Program!  See Birds of Prey, presented by Hannah Thomson of "Under His Wings Raptor Rehabilitation." This is a free program and open to all ages.

Special Meeting of the West Salem Village Board of Trustees to discuss and/or approve the bid for a new fire truck.

A weekly Farmers' Market is held on Friday mornings on the Square in West Salem during the summer.

Majors - Girls 12 and Under

The offices of Illinois State Senator Terri Bryant and Illinois State Representative Dave Severin will be hosting “Traveling Office Hours” at the West Salem Village Hall from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This is a free public event.

Village Hall will be closed for Juneteent on Thursday, June 19, 2025. Utility Payments may be made online,  or placed in the mail slot just to the east of the entrance doors of Village Hall.
