The monthly meeting of the West Salem Volunteer Fire Department are open to the public.  Meetings are held at the Fire Station next to Village Hall.

Bulk pick-up for items not normally taken on the weekly trash day.  Please bag or box trash when possible. Mattresses and box springs must be wrapped in plastic. Love West Salem Community Outreach is sponsoring a Fall Festival from 3PM to 6PM at the Village Square.  This is a public event featuring hay rides, a petting zoo, bounce house, and more. For more information contact West Salem First Christian Church at (618) 456-8563.
