Costume Contest and Trunk-or-Treat

A Community costume Contest and Trunk-or-Treat event sponsored by the Friends of the West Salem Public Library and the Volunteer Firemen’s Association of West Salem will be held on Halloween.
- Costume Contest begins at 5:00 PM
- Trunk-or-Treat will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
